WELCOME TO 2022!! Did you finish all the dramas you wanted to finish before the end of the year? Did you start the year with an empty watchlist to start all the new dramas in 2022? Well, I can tell you right now I brought A LOT of dramas over from 2021. One of new year resolutions is to NOT do that this year. I might refrain from starting any November/December dramas until I finish the ones I am watching. Right now, I have yet to start any of the January dramas I have on my list to start because I am catching up on the dramas I fell behind on due to the holidays. Do you guys do this?

KDRAMAS
Second Husband (*ADDICTED*) - THIS DRAMA IS A TRIP! I am SUPER behind on it and it just got extended by 30 episodes because of the ratings BUT I AM HERE FOR THE LONG RUN! It has EVERYTHING I want in a daily Kdrama. It has murder, secrets, romance, danger AND SO MANY MAKJANG TROPES! I LOVE IT AND I'M ADDICTED TO IT!!
Show Window: The Queen's House (*ADDICTED*) - We all know that I am a HUGE makjang lover. MAKJANGS ARE MY JAM! The crazier the better and MAN SHOW WINDOW IS THAT DRAMA!! The amount of crazy in this drama is SO FUN! You also give me revenge and I AM SO IN! It only has 2 episodes left and I REALLY hope it sticks the landing.
Bad and Crazy - This is a good drama. I love the dynamic between the 2 male leads. I love the mystery. Some people did not like that it took such a dark turn in the last episode or so BUT I DID! GIVE ME ALL THE DARK CRIME DRAMAS AND I WILL WATCH THEM ALL FOR YOU! I am really curious how the writers/production is going to wrap this drama up in 3 episodes. I am suspicious of some characters, and I am sure I am going to cry by the end BUT I JUST WANT A SATISFYING ENDING AT THIS POINT!
Behind Cut - This is a cute BL drama. I always want to support dramas with gay romance because reasons, so I try and watch all of them. A lot I enjoy, there has only been a few I disliked like. I wish the Korean BL dramas were longer because some seem quite shallow with the story telling BUT I like the chemistry with this couple. It is definitely a light, fast watch.
Bulgasal: Immortal Souls (*ADDICTED*) - I AM A SUCKER FOR FANTASY DRAMAS! Bulgasal is delivering on that front FOR SURE! I am behind on this drama, but I love it so far. I am curious how the story will unfold. I hope we will get a happy ending, but I am sure there will be a lot of heartbreak before then FOR SURE! I do have some quibbles and questions about it so maybe, when I watch more, those questions will be answered, and the quibbles will be resolved.
Moonshine - I am SUPER behind on this drama as well. I want to continue it because I like both of the actors who are the leads. I am also intrigued to know more about their story. I also am in need of a comedy right now because a lot of what I am watching right now are crazy makjangs OR dark crime dramas.
The King of Tears, Lee Bang Won - I am watching this one slowly. It is a longer drama at 32 episodes and since it is based off actual history, it is very technical and political. I am still interested in it and intrigued but it is not a binge for me. I am trying to watch 1 episode a day so we will see how that works. THE CAST IS CRAZY GOOD! It has a lot of good actors/actresses in it. I am also curious on the history it is going to be talking about. So, there is still a lot I am interested in with this drama.
CDRAMAS
Stealthwalker - I sort of have this drama on hold for now because I am trying to catch up with other airing dramas. Maybe I have to change my strategy and finish the completed dramas first? I don't know but I just know I don't want to drop this drama because I was very much enjoying it when I was actively watching it.
JDRAMAS
The Journalist - This drama is a short, quick drama that I have had my eye on for a while. The first thing about this drama that caught my eye was the cast. A lot of great Japanese actors and actresses in this drama and it has paid off. THE ACTING IN THIS DRAMA IS SO GOOD! It is definitely a slow burn FOR SURE! I was expecting something quite different from what I got in the first couple of episodes, so I had to change my expectations. I am hoping it picks up, the closer we get to the end of the drama.
TDRAMAS
Rainless Love in a Godless Land - This drama is sort of on hold. I need to get back to it so, I can finish it. I haven't dropped it because I want to watch it. I really need to just not pick up new dramas at the end of one year and try to finish everything I am watching in that year and not bring any dramas into the new year.
Danger Zone: Season 2 - I NEED TO FINISH SEASON 2! The problem is that I was spoiled a bit on this season. I also have not liked this season as much as I did Season 1. I am not bored by it, but I just know what is going to happen. I am so close with finishing it though so, I just need to go ahead and finish it already.
Did you have the same problem as I did where you brought a lot of dramas that you were watching over from 2021? Or are you one of those people that finish everything before the new year starts?
