I MEAN WHO DIDN'T WATCH BEYOND EVIL!? I am sure there are people who have not yet. IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THIS KOREAN DRAMA, MAKE TIME AND WATCH IT! For people who has seen this drama, I know a lot of people have not been able to move on to new dramas yet. WELL, I AM HERE TO HELP!
Now maybe you are choosing not to move on AND THAT IS PERFECTLY FINE! For those of you who want to move on and watch some new dramas or movies, sometimes you can watch your favorites in other things. WELL, THAT IS WHAT I AM GOING TO PROVIDE YOU WITH NOW!
Beyond Evil is one of those dramas that stick with you. So, why not stick with it a little longer and watch some of your favorite actors/actresses in other dramas or movies? Here is a list of what you can watch next!
SHIN HA KYUN as LEE DONG SHIK
SHIN HA KYUN has been around FOREVER! He is a GREAT actor and has done many genres. I am so happy to see him get a lot of recognition with this drama. I first was exposed to him through some of his movies. I watch the movie The Villainess WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He is also in the VERY popular movie Extreme Job from 2019. Some dramas of his that are great are Brain, Pied Piper and Less Than Evil.
YEO JIN GOO as HAN JOO WON
YEO JIN GOO was a child actor who successfully transitioned into acting as an adult SO HE HAS A LONG LIST OF MOVIES AND DRAMAS THAT HE HAS BEEN IN! I don't even remember what the first thing I saw him in was because he was a child. He is one of my ALL-TIME FAVORITE ACTORS! My favorite drama I have ever watched him in was HANDS DOWN The Crowned Clown. His acting in that dramas WAS ON A WHOLE OTHER LEVEL! If you have not seen that drama, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CLICK PLAY! Of course, we also know he was in the HIT kdrama Hotel Del Luna. Another drama I would recommend is Circle. I can't wait to see what he does next!
CHOI SUNG EUN as YOO JAE YI
CHOI SUNG EUN is a fairly new actress. The first thing I saw her in was the drama special SF8: Joan's Galaxy which was my favorite special of the anthology series. If you have not seen SF8 series, YOU REALLY SHOULD! She has another movie and another kdrama coming up so WE GET TO SEE HER IN MORE THINGS, hopefully soon.
KIM SHIN ROK as OH JI HWA
KIM SHIN ROK has been acting for some years and has some big movies and dramas under her belt already. She was in the movie Burning from 2018. She was in 2020's drama The Cursed so maybe she will be in the upcoming movie or sequel as well. She is supposed to be in 2 more upcoming Korean dramas that might air this year or in 2022.
CHOI DAE HOON as PARK JUNG JE
CHOI DAE HOON has been acting since the mid-2000s. I first saw him in the Korean movie Lucid Dream. HE HAS BEEN IN A TON OF KOREAN DRAMAS! He has been in everything from Six Flying Dragons to My Father is Strange to Crash Landing on You to Flower of Evil. JUST EVERYTHING! He is currently in the airing drama Racket Boys.
KIL HAE YEON as DO HAE WON
KIL HAE YEON is a BRILLIANT supporting actress. She has been in a lot of dramas and movies mostly in support roles BUT MAN SHE STANDS OUT IN SOME THOSE ROLES! She can do all types of genres and roles. She is very versatile. I first saw her in the movie Memoir of a Murderer WHICH IS A FANTASTIC MOVIE! She has also been in dramas such as Woman of 9.9 Billion, Something in the Rain, and Do You like Brahms. She plays evil VERY WELL! She was in Law School which we did last week for the Hide & Seek post. She is now in the currently airing kdrama Voice 4.
CHOI JIN HO as HAN KI HWAN
CHOI JIN HO is no stranger to movies or dramas. I am sure you have heard of something he has been in, especially if you are a long time Korean drama and movie watcher. I first saw him in the movie Illang: The Wolf Brigade. He has been in dramas like Liar Game, Dr. Romantic, Mr. Sunshine and Designated Survivor: 60 Days. He will be in the upcoming movie The 8th Night which is being released on Netflix in July.
HEO SUNG TAE as LEE CHANG JIN
HEO SUNG TAE has been acting for more than 20 years now. I first saw him in the movie The Age of Shadows WHICH IS AN AMAZING MOVIE! If you like Zombies and dramas like Kingdom, I would recommend the movie Rampant which he is in. If you a crime drama buff, I would check out the crime drama Tunnel which he is in as well. Other dramas that he is in that I would recommend are WATCHER and Witch's Court. He also has a couple of dramas coming up with BIG casts so I am excited to see those.
CHUN HO JIN as NAM SANG BAE
CHUN HO JIN is another one of those actors who is in EVERYTHING and can do a lot of different characters and genres. I think I first saw him in Love in the Moonlight. I have not seen it but I heard he is great in Save Me 2. Chicago Typewriter is another drama he has a role in. He was also in the VERY POPULAR drama Once Again. He has a new drama coming out in July.
NAM YOON SU as OH JI HOON
NAM YOON SU was a model before he was an actor. He just recently debuted as an actor AND HAS BEEN KILLING IT! I first watched him the Kdrama Extracurricular. He was great in it. Before 2020, he was in many web dramas such as Not a Robot and Re-Feel. He has a new drama coming out in the fall called Affection which I am excited for.
KANG MIN AH as KANG MIN JUNG
KANG MIN AH has been quite busy as an actress ESPECIALLY in recent years. I first saw her in the drama Time which I don't recommend because it is QUITE depressing. She was in last year's drama True Beauty and is in the currently airing drama At a Distance, Spring is Green. I'll be curious to see what she does next.
PARK JI HOON as KWON HYUK
PARK JI HOON hasn't been acting for very long. I hope we get to see him in more things. I think he is very talented. I remember him from the movie The Dude in Me even though it wasn't a HUGE part. He was in the VERY popular drama Love Alarm (Season 1). He also has a role in the kdrama Black Dog which I heard was QUITE GOOD!
WELL, I hope this helps you move on from Beyond Evil. At least, makes it a little easier. OR, it will just make you want to watch Beyond Evil again for the THOUSANDTH time. 😈 If you are a fan of crime dramas and have not watched Beyond Evil yet, you really should. I know it definitely surprised me and I got something I was not expecting. I like when that happens.
